Aside from recovery from all her health issues, she seems much younger than her age. She walks well on a leash, greets others happily and is actually fun to walk with. She has learned quickly in her foster home, which is probably the first real home she's ever had. Hilda: Terrier
10 months, Female

Good with dogs, cats and children. House-trained.
HW-

Hilda is a bit of a mysterious breed, but whatever she is, we need more of her in the world! This special young girl does not let her disability stop her from doing anything! Both Hilda's front and rear left legs turn out to the side. X-rays show this had to have happened when she was a very young puppy, as there is no scarring on the bone. Her legs could potentially be fixed with extensive orthopedic surgery, but because of the difficulty of the procedure and long recovery time, we elected to let Hilda be exactly the way she is. She loves life, is in no pain and runs and plays like any other dog. Hilda is well behaved in the house and absolutely adores cuddling her people and foster sibling! This sweetheart deserves the perfect family, so fill out an application today if that might be you!
