Balto: Staffordshire Bull Terrier/Shepherd
2 years 2 months, Male

Good with dogs and children, cats unknown. House-trained. Crate trained.
HW+

Balto is a white shepherd/bulldog mix who is deaf. He is a very loving and sweet dog who is desperate to bond with someone. He crates, is housebroken and overall has lovely manners! Balto is good with other dogs and learning some hand signals with his foster mom, who is familiar with deaf dogs. Balto would love a home with someone who will always be his ears, and mindful of the fact he cannot hear danger or when his name is called. Otherwise he is just like any other dog and is fun, playful and willing to learn! Balto will make an awesome companion for a very lucky person, so please fill out an application today!

Jack Monroe: Labrador retriever/Weimaraner
6 months, Male

Good with dogs, cats and children. House-trained.
HW-

Jack is very sweet and rather submissive puppy who was shaking and starving from fear in a local shelter for a month before a volunteer asked to rescue him. Now, he has thrived in his foster home, putting on weight and learning to be a normal, happy puppy. He is playful, but not hyper, and learns quickly with a genuine desire to please his humans. He appears to be a labrador/weimeraner mix with a beautiful, dark silver coloring. He gets along with cats, loves other dogs and, with continued puppy training, will make an awesome dog as he nature's! Please fill out an application today!

Kelvin Red: German Shepherd Dog
2 years 8 months, Male

Located in Georgia - Available for adoption in Maine or Florida to an approved adopter.

Good with dogs and older children. Housetrained.
HW-

Kelvin is a beautiful young German Shepherd who was abandoned by his family at an emergency vet after suffering a broken tail. Kelvin has been with us for months recovering and is showing us what an amazing, smart and loving boy he is. He is still very much a puppy and given his size, would do best in a home without small children. We would love to see him go to a home with a family with breed experience and where he won't be crated for long periods of time, as it is important for his sounal recovery to be able to have free movement. Please fill out an application for this deserving, loving young gentleman today!

Nathaniel: Collie/Boxer
7 years 11 months, Male

Located in Georgia - local adoptions only -
Male
Good with cats, dogs, children. Housetrained.
HW -

Nathaniel is truly the most amazing and gentle dog I have ever worked with and although his emotional scars run deep there is never anything but gentleness shown with his fear. He is going to make someone an incredible emotional therapy dog one day. He is very smart and when he trusts he does so with total devotion. "I am so grateful to a rescue that gives me a chance to save and work with the lost and forgotten souls like Nathaniel who are so special and bless my life everyday.” These are the heartfelt words of his foster mom, Debi, in Georgia. Prefer local adoption so we can help him make his transition to a new home as easy as possible. Love and patience are a must and please know that he cannot be off-leash - he could take flight until he knows he is safe and home. If you think you and Nathaniel are meant for each other, please apply.

Simon Birch: Pug/Pekingese
2 years 6 months, Male

Located in Georgia
Male
Good with dogs and older children. Cats unknown. Housetrained. Does not do well on a leash.
HW-

Simon is an adorable older puppy who has obviously not been treated well by people in his young life. He has not shown any signs of aggression, but is very fearful of people and needs to build up confidence and trust. Simon enjoys other dogs and has not been cat-tested. Simon may not do well with younger children given his timidity and fear at this time. He is looking for a forever home with a fenced yard and kind people. Please fill out an application today!

Tim Crook (AKA Snook): Labrador Retriever
4 years 3 months, Male

Located in Georgia - local adoptions only -
Male
Please send us a message to learn more about Snooks!
HW -

Tim Crook (whom we've decided to call "Snooks") is such a loving, wonderful little pup who had a difficult life before he landed in the hands of animal control. When brought in, he was very emaciated and we learned one of his legs was in need of treatment. He has undergone several months of intensive physical therapy and now walks with barely a limp! Tim is very even-tempered and happy. He loves every human he meets and wants to play with every dog he sees. He is crate trained, cat-safe, has taken basic obedience and is an all-around wonderful dog.
